• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and techniques.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance during recruitment activities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
