Night Manager Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee hotel operations during the night shift, including guest services and front desk activities.
• Monitor security and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
• Address guest complaints and provide prompt solutions.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes during the night shift.
• Coordinate with other departments to handle guest requests and issues.
• Supervise night staff and ensure adherence to hotel policies and standards.
• Prepare daily reports and update the management team on night shift activities.
• Handle emergencies and coordinate with security personnel as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Night Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
