Night Manager Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations during the night shift, including guest services and front desk activities.
- Monitor security and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Address guest complaints and provide prompt solutions.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes during the night shift.
- Coordinate with other departments to handle guest requests and issues.
- Supervise night staff and ensure adherence to hotel policies and standards.
- Prepare daily reports and update the management team on night shift activities.
- Handle emergencies and coordinate with security personnel as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Night Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
